Before the meeting even started, the school board members WALKED OUT of the proceeding, prompting parents to look into the defined rules. Turns out, the parents actually had the right to ELECT an entirely new board!

well that was pretty dumb. if these parents got what they wanted your child could literally be dying at school and that school could not intervene. do you see how idiotic that is? do you see how absolutely stupid these people are?

Well…I suppose it depends on how you look at it. Technicians at the CDC that work with viruses actually wear completely self contained Hazmat suits with their own air supply. It’s absolutely ludacris to suggest that the majority of masks do anything except stop particulate matter. When California was literally on fire last year, the CDC announced that wearing a mask was not completely effective at stopping smoke and particulate matter such as ash and that California residents in areas affected should not tely on them for that purpose.
I live in a tourist town that has been fully open since the weekend before Memorial Day 2020. In just a few weeks, we will have been open for a YEAR. Our numbers haven’t been any different percentage wise than anywhere else in the country. Masks have never been enforced in this area. It has been up to the individual.
Many residents and tourists wear masks…probably 35% or so. Meaning that 65% do not. Our infection rate has been dropping steadily in the entire county.
I got Covid back at Christmas. I was one who had faithfully worn a mask anytime I left the house. Used alcohol wipes even on my damn steering wheel. On day one of symptoms I took hydroxychloroquine…and again on day 2. By day four, all of my symptoms were gone
Fever and cough stopped abruptly. Sense of smell and taste returned.
I’m not sure what kind of kool aid you might be drinking, but ask workers at the CDC if they would work with viruses with a mask of faceshield and see what they would say about their effectiveness. Smh…

This is where my Granddaughter is a student. Unfortunately the parents received an email stating this cannot happen the way it went so they are back to the same board not doing what the parents want or what’s best for our children.
